How is my credit card order processed?

Does Tickets2Space.com ever have access to my credit card #?
No. PayPal processes the credit card and provides transaction verification of your payment. Because your credit card # is never stored on our site you never have to worry about your credit card being stolen from our site or databases. No employee or associate of Tickets2Space.com will ever know what your credit card # is.

Tickets2Space.com is owned and operated by Strategic Office Solutions, Inc a private Internet development and consulting corporation in business since 1996. When will my order ship?
Orders received and verified from PayPal usually ship within 1 business day. Orders received on business days before 12PM central time will usually ship the same business day. If shipment is delayed for any reason longer than 5 business days you will be notified. All orders are shipped UPS ground or Priority Mail.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 10 days with no restocking fee. We will accept returns up to 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling is non-refundable on all transactions. Items such as food, vitamins, nutrients or any other consumable type products may not be returned. If you need to return an item email us at info@tickets2space.com for an RMA number.
